BENITSES
Benitses are found in the southern side of island and in distance 12 km away from the city. It is a cosmopolitan tourist resort with world fame. In the region function a lot of hotels. Generally the tourist infrastructures of Benitses satisfy all requirements of the visitors. The region is also famous for her intense nightly life. Here functioning bars and clubs that plays Greek and international music and centres with live music.
The best sight of the area is the splendid beach, with the pebble and the crystal waters. It is an organised beach and exist the possibility for sea sports.

It deserves to visit the Museum of Sea, which was founded in 1989 by the diver and collector Napoleonta Sagja. The exhibits of the museum include shells, corals, sponges, fossils and jaws of sharks.
